We have a JRF position open currently in our SMART LAB for a project funded by SERB on “Interface Engineering of Bi-Sb-Ge Tellurite Superlattices using Atomic Layer Deposition”. Someone with Prior experience in synthesis and characterization of Metal-organic compounds – particularly CVD-ALD precursors and electrical transport property measurements would be preferred.

IISER TVM regularly hosts summer internship every year.  Final year B.Sc., B.Tech., or first year M.Sc., M.Tech. can apply for the same. The details can be found here.
